Swedish, Sports, Pregnancy & Chair Massage in the Thame area of Oxfordshire and Aylesbury area of Buckinghamshire
Claire Newell qualified in 1998 having completed a Diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy, IHBC Certificate in Body Massage and International Institute of Sports Therapies Diploma in Sports Therapy with Premier Training. She has also completed courses in advanced sports therapy techniques, personal training and exercise for special populations. In 2004 she completed a Certificate in Pregnancy Massage at St Mary’s College, Twickenham.
She has worked as a Fitness instructor and alongside physios of football clubs, providing sports massage therapy to members of the team. As a Fitness Instructor she has devised individual training programmes and GP referral schemes, and has a particular interest in exercise rehabilitation for people with specific medical conditions, sporting injuries and work related stresses.
Claire now has her own therapy clinic in the Thame area where she practices as a Massage Therapist.

Home visits for ladies, and On Site Massage in the work place are also provided.

The aim of my treatments is to improve the quality of peoples lives by reducing stresses, tension, and anxieties brought about by our fast pacing modern lifestyles of today.
I am fully insured and abide by a strict code of practice issued by The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). As part of this membership I complete a minimum number of hours each year of Continued Professional Development (CPD).
